Joyline Gozho is a psychodynamic psychotherapist and mental health practitioner. She has many years experience of working in the NHS with a wide range of people who present with depression, anxiety illnesses, emotional difficulties and in an acute psychological crisis.

Joyline works with individuals on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period.

Joyline has a great deal of experience in helping people who have difficulties with stress, relationship conflicts, panic attacks, anxiety, depression, addiction and dependency, anger, guilt, rejection, loss and bereavement, major life decisions, eating disorders, identity crisis, poor self esteem, childhood sexual, physical, emotional abuse and neglect, insomnia, post traumatic stress and mood swings.

Psychodynamic work is explorative and mainly focused on early life experiences. Patterns of behaviours, as well as ways of relating in a client's life are unconsciously repeated in the relationship between the therapist and client. The work enables both the client and therapist to look at these patterns without fear, judgement, retaliation or rejection.

Psychodynamic psychotherapy is particularly helpful to people who want to understand themselves on a deeper level and understand the source of their difficulties rather than symptom prevention.
