Katrin is an international therapist from Germany with 13 years experience in several areas of health care. She has been trained in the Feldenkrais Method under the Swedish trainer Elisabeth Bloom in Berlin.
Inspired by the scientific principles of the Feldenkrais Method as an extraordinary system of self-exploration and somatic education, Katrin developed THE BODYCARE CONCEPT™ - a new contemporary approach to the body.
As a state-certified physiotherapist, Katrin gained clinical experience in the areas of orthopaedics, rheumatology, gynaecology and neurology. Additional areas are: Chinese Foot Reflexology, Ayurvedic and Holistic Massage, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Body-Mind-Balancing and body awareness techniques.
Based on her studies at EMA University Greifswald/Germany and a diploma in sports education, she has experience in supporting athletes in both their physical and cognitive performance and in the prevention and treatment of sport-related injuries. Katrin worked with clients in several European and Asian countries. She also lectures at Heimerer Academy, Germany.
Katrin also practices in Munich, Germany, as well as at The Westlake Clinic, 7 Harley Street, London, W1G 9QD.
