The Grinberg Method has been gaining wide recognition the last 25 years within clinical practice in Europe. Naomi also comes from a background of years spent listening to people’s bodies through her Tango Teaching.
Working with history held at deep levels in the body, a process pinpoints and releases automated patterns, bringing about change in an individual's unique relationship to tension and pain - chronic, physical, mental or emotional.
Through teaching the physicality of awareness it becomes clear that our bodies are a vital and simple key to our mental health.
