Sarah's commitment to hypnotherapy is the result of her own experience of clinical hypnotherapy’s healing capabilities. The process of release and renewal that the experience of hypnotherapy creates has enhanced her quality of life greatly and helped her to go on to achieve things she never imagined possible. It was because of this that Sarah's interest in the subject grew and she decided to take a qualification in Hypnotherapy and NLP in order to help other people facing similar life fears.
Sarah trained at the UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy and was awarded a Diploma in Cognitive–Behavioural Hypnotherapy.
She is also a Licensed Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Sarah was trained by Ali Campbell, a recognised leader in this field, and author of The Slim Girl's Box of Secrets.
