The central aim of Theo's work as a psychotherapist is to help you access your creative Self so that you can increase your awareness and discover your own answers. Healing comes from engaging and integrating body, mind and spirit in the therapeutic process.
Theo is committed to providing both counselling and psychotherapy in a confidential and non-judgmental environment.
For the past eight years he has had a busy London based psychotherapy practice. Currently he has clinics in Harley Street, Maida Vale and Ladbroke Grove.
Over the years, he has helped people with: Anger and frustration, Depression, Relationship issues, Panic Attacks, Anxiety, Stress Management, Bereavement, Redundancy, Creative Blocks, Self esteem, Addiction, Self-harming, Communication, Eating Disorders, Unusual Experiences (auditory (hearing voices) or visual 'hallucinations').
Theo also continues to work extensively as a supervisor for practising psychotherapists. Alongside this he has been a teacher and group supervisor for trainee psychotherapists at The CCPE in Maida Vale.
