Co-author of MIND MEDICINE, published in October 1999 and re-published October 2001, Lulu Appleton has also written a great many articles across a range of subjects including psychology, health, environmental issues and lifestyle for the Guardian, the Daily Telegraph, the Times, the Daily Mail and Daily Express as well as magazines such as BBC Wildlife Magazine.
